SynthesisEngine reads the entire sensor state and identifies where signals disagree. When liquidity stress says one thing and belief dislocation says another, Synthesis surfaces the contradiction for human review. It tracks 4 canonical feeds: LIQUIDITY_STRESS, BELIEF_DISLOCATION, POLICY_REGULATORY_SURPRISE, and STRUCTURAL_DISLOCATION.
