Scores every proposal across 5 dimensions: novelty, coverage, feasibility, reliability, and outcome_performance. Only high-scoring proposals advance.
Validates proposals against EHIQ governance doctrine. Checks for redundancy, governance violations, and alignment with the existing sensor hierarchy.
Only a human can greenlight a sensor build. The system proposes and evaluates, but never acts autonomously. Governance decides.

Cross-domain contradiction detection. When sensors disagree, Synthesis surfaces the conflict for human review.
Generates cross-domain mechanism bridges
18 mechanism bridges connecting macro, crypto, equity, and structural dislocation signals into coherent narratives.
Tracks whether sensors are still predictive
6 decay-detection sources. Monitors AUC drift, hit-rate degradation, and regime-conditional performance erosion.
