Most things can be handled in seconds on /account. If you need a human, every answer below tells you when to email Eric.
How do I log in?
Visit eventhorizoniq.com/account and enter the email you subscribed with. We send a magic link to that address — click it within 60 minutes and you’re in. No password.
If the link has expired by the time you click it, we automatically send a fresh one to the same inbox. Check spam if it doesn’t arrive within a minute.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in at /account and click “Manage Billing / Cancel.” That opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel in one click. Your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.
No phone calls, no email back-and-forth, no “please don’t leave” pop-ups.
What’s the difference between $249/mo and $1,999/yr?
Same product. Annual saves 33% (effective $167/mo) and locks founding-1000 pricing for life. If you’re confident you’ll use it for 12+ months, annual is the better deal. If you want flexibility, monthly is fine — cancel anytime.

Refund policy?
Monthly: cancel anytime; no partial-month refunds (you keep access through the paid-through date).
Annual: full refund within the first 30 days if you don’t see value. Email eric@eventhorizoniq.com with your account email and we’ll process it through Stripe within 24 hours.
Is this financial advice?
No. EHIQ provides analytical commentary and probabilistic assessments of public market and event outcomes. We’re an intelligence layer — diagnostic observations and primary-source analysis. We don’t place trades for subscribers and we don’t recommend specific positions. What you do with the analysis is your call.
How do you track your record?
Every call is logged with a date stamp before resolution to the public /predictions page. We grade hits and misses on the public /receipts page. Backtests are excluded from the headline hit-rate; only real-time logged calls count. If we miss, the miss stays on the ledger.
When should I email Eric vs use self-serve?
Self-serve in the Stripe portal for: cancellation, payment method updates, plan changes (monthly ↔ annual), invoice downloads.
Email Eric at eric@eventhorizoniq.com for: refund requests, billing disputes, institutional/team pricing, or anything the portal can’t handle. Replies usually within 24 hours.
I subscribed but can’t access the dashboard.
Most often this is a login issue, not a subscription issue. Go to /account and enter the exact email you paid with — including capitalization. Check spam for the magic link.
If you still can’t access after the magic link, your subscription may not be linked to that email. Email Eric with your Stripe receipt and we’ll re-link the account within an hour.
