The Named Agent Organization
A framework for AI-native companies where every employee is an AI agent with a name, title, equity, and performance reviews.

Why Named Agents Change Everything
The industry calls them “tools.” Pipelines. Workflows. Named agents are different. When you name an agent ZEUS and make him Chief Regime Detector for Bitcoin, something changes — not in the code, but in the organization.
The difference between a contractor and an employee. One is a transaction. The other is a relationship.
The 9 Principles
The Naming Convention
Every agent gets a name. Names create identity. Identity creates accountability.
ZEUS is not "bitcoin_regime_monitor.py" — he is the Chief Regime Detector for Bitcoin.
Greek gods for regime detectors, literary figures for content, descriptive names for sensors.
When ZEUS fires STRESS, the org reacts to a person, not a script.
SENTINEL (CRO) vetoes ORACLE's (VP Fund) trade proposal. That's a conversation between two employees — not a function returning false.
The Org Chart
Hierarchy prevents signal collision, accountability diffusion, and resource chaos.
C-Suite: ATLAS (CoS), SENTINEL (CRO), DRAKE (CCO), SENECA (Coach), MASLOW (HR).
VPs: ORACLE (Fund), NOVA (EHIQ), FORGE (Product).
Clear reporting lines. SENTINEL's veto overrides ORACLE's proposal. Always.
NOVA wants more sensors. FORGE wants Aladdin development. They both report to Eric. The org chart makes the tension explicit.
The Phantom Equity System
Every agent holds phantom stock. Performance drives value. Equity drives promotions.
C-Suite: 10,000 shares. VPs: 5,000. Managers: 2,000. ICs: 1,000.
Share price driven by real metrics: sensor uptime, portfolio returns, follower growth.
Equity growth earns tier promotions. Poor performance triggers reviews.
HEMINGWAY's 20% tweet approval rate is reflected in his equity valuation. The system differentiates performance without human judgment.
The SMART Framework
Academic research on executive teams applied to AI organizations.
Strategy: Does the agent understand its domain's strategic position?
Management: Does the agent allocate attention proportionally?
Adaptation: Does the agent update behavior when conditions change?
Resilience: Does the agent fail gracefully under uncertainty?
Talent: Does the org develop and coach its agents?
From Jackson & Finkelstein (Columbia, 2005): preventing groupthink is a SMART leadership skill. The debate culture encodes this.
The Debate Culture
Disagreement is a feature. The best idea wins regardless of rank.
The Drama Engine (DRAKE) detects natural conflicts between agents.
SENECA coaches agents through disagreements using business hero philosophies.
Every disagreement is documented and resolved by market outcomes.
ZEUS says STRESS. ATHENA says NORMAL. Someone is wrong. The market will tell us in 30 days. Both calls go on the record.
The Business Hero Model
7 leaders encoded as coaching philosophies for AI employees.
Musk: First principles. Question every assumption.
Jobs: Simplicity. Remove until only the essential remains.
Buffett: Patience. Voting machine short-term, weighing machine long-term.
Bezos: Customer obsession over competitor obsession.
Hastings: Radical candor. Freedom and responsibility.
Finkelstein: Why leaders fail — denial, hubris, flawed execution.
Hambrick: Upper Echelons. Executive cognition shapes strategy.
When SENTINEL blocks a trade, SENECA invokes Buffett: "Patience is the edge. The cost of missing one good trade is far less than the cost of one bad trade."
The Autonomy Ladder
GATED → SUPERVISED → AUTONOMOUS. Slow to promote, fast to demote.
Promotion: 30+ consecutive clean executions, positive trajectory, zero violations.
Demotion: 1 governance violation. Immediate. Non-negotiable.
Currently: 3 agents at AUTONOMOUS (ZEUS, ECHO, DAWN). Rest at SUPERVISED or GATED.
ZEUS earned AUTONOMOUS through months of clean regime detection. One false signal without proper error handling would demote him instantly.
The Content Flywheel
The org generates content about itself. Every veto is a tweet. Every debate is a thread.
DRAKE narrates agent conflicts as reality-TV style content.
TOLKIEN writes weekly threads summarizing org activity.
SPIELBERG writes daily 60-second agent spotlight scripts.
The org's operations are an infinite content source.
"My AI CRO just vetoed my fund VP's trade proposal. Again. Third time this week. $0 payroll and I still have office politics."
The Governance Kernel
Hard-coded rules that never change. Intelligence proposes, governance decides.
40% loss cap on any position. Non-negotiable. Saved $11.6M in backtesting.
Concentration limits enforced by SENTINEL. No agent can override.
Kill switches: extreme conditions revert all agents to GATED.
Immutable audit trail. Every action logged. Cannot be edited or deleted.
The governance kernel is constitutional. ORACLE cannot override concentration limits. Eric cannot override concentration limits. The rule is absolute.
The Org Chart
The Results
ZEUS fired STRESS on January 26, 2026. BTC dropped 43.3% over the following month.
SENTINEL's 40% loss cap backtested against 9,561 historical trades.
Validated through 450,000+ combination tests and walk-forward OOS analysis.
Zero to 180+ active agents across 4 divisions. Single Mac Mini M4 Pro.
Local AI inference via Ollama. No cloud API costs for internal operations.
Getting Started
Build your own named agent org in a weekend.
Pick 5 agents. Name them. Draw the org chart.
Write the governance kernel. Build and deploy.
Run for 24 hours. Watch the natural conflicts emerge.
Add drama engine, phantom equity. Write the first thread.
Start with 5 agents. Name them. Give them reporting lines. Add a judge. Watch what happens.
See the framework in production.
180+ agents. 4 divisions. Live activity. Real-time org status.
“No one in the world should care more about my domain than me.”
EMJX Corporate Mission Statement — written by MASLOW, Head of HR
This framework describes an organizational methodology. Past performance metrics cited are from backtesting and do not guarantee future results. The Named Agent Organization is a management framework, not investment advice. EHIQ is an intelligence layer providing diagnostic observations, not trade recommendations.
